Terms of service

Draft terms for the proposed hosted service. These terms are not complete. The operator must confirm its legal identity and address, commercial terms, support, liability, termination and governing law before use as an agreement. Operators of other installations need their own terms.

About the service

Teleport is a workspace for planning and supervising work. The proposed operator is Teleport Engineering in London, UK. The operator’s legal identity, business address and service contact details have not yet been confirmed. The proposed privacy contact is privacy@teleport.engineering.

Accounts and access

Access is controlled by the workspace operator and authorised administrators. Users should protect their credentials, use only access they are authorised to have, and promptly notify the operator if an account may have been compromised.

Workspace content and agent tools

Users are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content and operate connected systems. Agent and terminal features can run commands, access connected resources and send information to configured third-party services. Review the permissions, provider terms and resulting changes before relying on output or authorising actions.

Service arrangements

Availability, charges, support, acceptable use, ownership and licensing, suspension, termination, liability, dispute resolution, and any applicable consumer rights must be agreed and added by the operator. These draft terms do not replace a signed customer agreement or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

See the privacy notice for information about personal data and browser storage. The operator must complete that notice before relying on it.
